Washing clothes is a common act but have you ever thought of a washer without water? No? Well now think again as Xeros and Cambridge Consultants developed a new efficient concept of washing clothes without the use of water. This new concept washing machine uses “Plastic” for washing instead of water.

This process uses 90% less water and very less amount of detergent, and this “Virtually Waterless” washes uses reusable small nylon bead to trap the dirt and make your clothes clean. These beads act like water, tumbling alongside clothes,  and they can be used over 100 times.

As it uses very less water, so very less energy is used up in drying clothes, making it an environment friendly product. This device saves almost 30% energy as compared to traditional washers.

This washer is made for commercial purpose and is expected to reach homes soon after it gets the approval and license to be used.
