Dell Inspiron1525Technology is going beyond our thoughts and will hopefully keep surprising us in future too. Its an era of being mobile and that is why all the technology is turning smaller and this makes it easier to carry.

Its a Computer world and most of us are having laptops. There are many laptops in the market at different prices offering different services and features but everyone wants to get most out of their money. So which laptop to choose??

Well am having a Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop. I purchased it on July 1st, 2008 and its giving good performance. Some key features of Dell Inspiron 1525 are:

  • Intel Core2Duo T5850 2.16GHz Processor
  • 3.00 GB DDR2 RAM
  • 250 GB SATA HDD
  • Windows Vista Home Premium SP1

Well there were some hickups in meantime. I purchased a 9 cell battery instead of default 6 cell but it was discharging very quickly, so i contacted technical support and the send me a new battery within few days. That was really quick and impressive work by DELL.

Few weeks ago a had a problem with my headphone jack, it wasn’t working so i contacted DELL on phone and after confirming the problem with some Diagnostics they assured me that I’ll be provided the assistance within few days. Well they kept their promise and it was replaced within 3 days, moreover the executive came to my home, I didn’t had to go to them. This made me really satisfied with the service as everyone wants their money worth and I m getting it.

I’ve also installed some heavy softwares but still the performance is quiet good.

Well the only thing I didn’t liked was the lack of graphics when I played games on my Laptop. Had there been a good graphics with it it would have been a great laptop.

From overall performance I would rate it 4 out of 5.

Well if you are looking for a Gaming laptop this could be the thing you always waited for, as its a machine made for the purpose of gaming. See the post regarding Extreme Gaming Laptop Dell XPS M1730.
