How to survive Recession in Econimic Downfall

Hi friends, As you may be knowing that there is a fall in the US economy, due to which the world’s most emerging sector which is I.T. sector has suffered huge losses. The companies in India have also been affected. They have fired hundreds of employees and even asked the upcoming employees to wait for an year or so. This has created a fear in the mind of young generation, that is their future going to be bright or not? or are they moving in the right direction?
