iPhone and Blackberry Devices set for Skype
As we know that Skype offers PC to Mobile call facility at cheaper rates and After launching its popular Internet telephony software for Nokia, Android and Windows Mobile phones, Skype has announced that it launch Skype software for iPhone tomorrow and for Blackberry users in May 2009.
Skype is one of the leading Internet telephony software in the world and after making its presence felt in the desktop and laptop space, it is now slowly penetrating the mobile phone market. With Skype loaded on your iPhone you can make calls over an Internet connection to fellow iPhone users who have Skype and other Skype users.
The software will also run on new versions of the iPod Touch as it has Wi-Fi connectivity and will make your iPod touch like an iPhone without a cellular connection. One more striking feature which comes with Skype-for-iPhone is that you can use your phone numbers from you existing phone book and there is no need to create duplicate lists. TruPhone is the other VoIP software that is available for iPhone, iPod Touch and Blackberry devices.
